This screen lets you view and edit the details of a program of study, including its specializations and requirements. The screen has 4 pages: Details, Custom, NSLDS, Specializations and Requirements.

Details

This page displays the basic information of the program. See the Edit Program help topic for a description of each field.

Click on the lower right to edit this information via the Edit Program screen.

Custom

This page displays custom fields added to the program. We can easily add fields customized to the need of your institution to this page.

Click on a row to edit the value of a field if applicable.

NSLDS

This page displays program data related to the National Student Loan Data System (USA).

See the NSLDS page of the Edit Program screen for a description of each field.

Click on the lower right to edit this information via the Edit Program screen.

Specializations

This page lists the different specializations available in the program (students enrolled in the program can then be enrolled in one or more specializations of the program: see the Edit Student Program help topic.)

Click on the lower right to add a new specialization via the Edit Program Specialization screen.

Click on a row to edit that program specialization via the Edit Program Specialization screen.

Requirements

This page defines the curriculum of the program of study: it lists the requirements students must fulfill to complete the program. This information helps guide the student registration process in the online registration module. It also enables College Office to generate the Student Programs Progress Report in Reports which lets the registrar or the student see the requirements the student has already fulfilled and those they still need to fulfill.
