Payment Plans
ADMINISTRATION -> Finances -> Payment Plans
This page shows all the student payment plans. You can filter payment plans by their term, status (Active, Expired, Suspended, Cancelled, Terminated), status changed date, student name or ID, subscription Id. The subscription Id is provided by the payment processor (Authorize.net). The status of a plan is also determined by the payment processor and is updated every night by College Office which queries it from the payment processor.
Click on a row to view the details of this plan via the Payment Plan screen.
Tip: You may also access all the payment plans of a single student from the Student Financial Records screen which can be accessed from the Student or Student Term screens.
