Discount Rules

ADMINISTRATION -> Finances -> Discount Rules


You can create discount rules that are automatically applied to students when they register for their classes online. There are currently 2 rules available:

  • A Pay In Full rule that lets the system apply a discount when student pay their full registration fees at the time they register online (rather than choosing a payment plan.)
  • An Age Based discount that lets the system apply a discount based on the age of the student.

Click on a row to edit that rule.

Click on the lower right to add a new rule via the Edit Discount Rule screen. There should only be one Pay In Full rule, but you can add several Age Based rules. Discounts are cumulative.

You can also add personal discounts to students from the Student Financial Records screen.
