Edit Grade Level
SETUP -> Grade Levels -> Edit Grade Level
This screen is used to edit the details of a grade level.
- Active: active or inactive status of the grade level. Inactive grade levels are ignored when enrolling a student in a term.
- Grade Level: Grade level name.
- Earned Credits Greater Or Equal: minimum number of earned credits required to meet that grade level requirement. College Office uses this information to automatically assign a grade level to students when they are enrolled in a term based upon the number of credits earned by the student up to that point. If a Grade Level should be excluded from this process, set this value to -1 or any other negative value.
