This screen shows all the academic terms of your institution.

Each row shows:

• The Open or Closed status of the term. When a term is closed all the academic and curricular information that comes under this term can no longer be modified and the term is no longer visible to instructors in their portal.
• The name of the term or semester.
• The start and end dates of the term.
• The registration status of the term: Open means the term is open for online registration. This flag is automatically set by College Office based on the Registration Starts and Registration Ends dates of the term. Leave these dates blank if you do not want to enable online registration.

Click to filter the list by name, campus or date.

Click to add a new term via the Edit Term screen.

Click on a row to view the information that pertains to the selected term via the Term screen.
