SETUP -> Import Templates -> Import Types

College Office currently provides 4 import types:

  • Students is used to import a batch of student record.
  • Payments & Refunds is used to import a batch of student payments or refunds.
  • Charges & Credits is used to import a batch of student charges or credits.
  • Attendance is used to import attendance records generated by an attendance tracking system such as AccuClass.
  • Class Enrollments is used to import student class enrollment records generated by a 3rd party system.
