College Office makes every effort to ensure that your data is always:

Most smaller institutions simply do not have the IT expertise and resources to reliably protect their data from hacks, unauthorized access, catastrophic hardware failures, rogue employees or disasters.

Protected form unauthorized access

• Your data is safer in our cloud than on the premises of your institution where computers can be stolen, hacked or infected.
• Your data is always encrypted via AES 256 bit encryption (the same encryption used by your bank) while it travels on the internet and while stored on our server in a secure data center which is SSAE-16 compliant and Safe Harbor certified.
• We strive to abide by the latest European Data Protection Regulation law, one of the most stringent data privacy law in the world.

Protected from accidents and disasters

• Your data is backed up every night.
• We preserve each daily backup for at least 30 days.

Always accessible to you
